Overview
The IT Sr. Systems Administrator at DocuSign is responsible for the infrastructure of the corporate environment. They will be responsible for the implementation, and maintenance of the infrastructure as well as support the Endpoint and Network & Telecommunications teams with projects involving all of IT. The Sr. Systems Administrator will also be responsible for the implementation of new site infrastructure as DocuSign grows globally.
Experience
5 years minimum experience in a Systems Administrator role
8 years of experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems
8 years of experience with Microsoft server operating systems
3 years of experience with Microsoft Hyper-V platform
3 years of experience with Microsoft System Center Suite
Preferred candidate will have at least one current certification: MCP, MCSE, A+ or similar
Job Functions
Build, secure, manage & maintain server infrastructure
Build, secure, manage & maintain new site infrastructure
Manage and maintain system center deployment throughout the company
Build, secure, manage & maintain Microsoft Hyper-V clusters
Perform break/fix of server infrastructure
Collaborate with Endpoint and NetComms teams
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Advanced experience of Windows Server platform including 2008 and 2012 versions
Advanced experience of Microsoft System Center 2012 suite
Advanced experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization and clustering
Experience in building Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and 2012
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Experience with Office 365
Some international travel will be required (10%)
Solid work ethic with strong drive to learn and share knowledge
Professional appearance and interactive skills
Ability to prioritize tasks without management direction
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work in a physically active environment
