As the Account Executive / Recruiter, you will:
BUILD MARKET SHARE – SELL, SELL, SELL
Daily sales calls
Business development
Develop relationships with clients and act as liaison between the personnel assigned and client to create client satisfaction and ensure quality
Recruit staffing associates by searching databases and prescreening and qualifying candidates
Interview and select candidates for job placement throughout the United States
Skill-market candidates to current and prospective clients
Manage applicant process and client follow-up
Identify hiring needs for a variety of corporations
