Position
As a consultant, You will work for one of our client – a renowned institution in Luxemburg.

Main task
IT Specialists expertise in management and operation of IT solutions implemented in an outsourced customer portfolio, based on listed supporting tools in the required skills base.
This job role includes preparation, planning, implementation and support services (troubleshooting, capacity management, etc.)



Profile
Education:
BTS / Graduat in IT or equivalent experience

Your technical Skills:
Required skills base is mainly TIVOLI based : ITM5 & 6 - Netcool Omnibus
Nice to have : Bluecare - TWS - TDW - TSCM- TEC - TMF - TIM - TDS
Unix/Linux & Windows OS base skills are recommended.


Your personal Skills:
Ability to work in a demanding environment where flexibility is mandatory,
Communication skills
Team Player
Autonomous
Good relationshipskills
Client & service oriented

Languages:
French & English are required
